help you to create a practical hair-care routine that will help you reach your hair-care goals. I had relaxed and colored my hair since I was 16 years old. I always had great hair and took pride in caring for it. But something changed and it’s called “menopause”. I noticed my hair started changing it was becoming weak, and I also noticed excess shedding and my scalp was itching a lot. I was devastated and started looking for answers. I tried switching relaxer brands, and new shampoos and conditioners, but nothing was working. I decided to try going natural, but there were very few products that addressed natural hair care I soon became frustrated and went back to relaxing my hair. I kept researching and educating myself on black hair. In 2015 I had an awakening that changed everything I believed about black hair. This is the hair God blessed me with and it is beautiful in its natural state. I cut my hair and started from scratch. I started researching and applying the information. I formulated my own hair cream using shea butter and other oils known for being great for hair. I looked for shampoos without parabens and sulfates, leave-ins that would help with maintaining moisture. Within a few months, I noticed that my hair was feeling stronger and growing. I was all in. I found a new passion and began developing products that would nourish, repair and grow afro hair.
